Welcome to Camp Mont Shenandoah!

Early Registration for Returning Families opens August 15 for the 2025 Camping Season. We welcome new camp families to submit registration then, as well, and we will begin accepting those applications on a first come, first served basis after October 15. If the session of your choice is full, we will add your daughter to the waitlist and we will notify you should an opening become available.

We have partnered with CampMinder to provide our online registration and application database. After creating a username (your email address) and password, please fill out the required fields. If you are registering more than one camper, add them one at a time. Once one registration is complete, you will be asked if you would like to register another camper. Your campers will appear as individuals within your family’s portal. For returning families, your information is saved from one year to the next. Please log in to your account and verify that the details are still correct as you click through the form. 

To register, a completed application and a deposit of $1,000 for three- and six-week sessions and/or a deposit of $400 for the one-week (Roots & Shoots) session is required. The deposit is fully refundable until February 1, 2025. The tuition balance is due by March 15, 2025, or within one month of registration after March 1, 2025. Payments may be made by check or online through the link below. Payments made online are subject to the following fees:

Credit Cards
  • There will be a 3% convenience fee on any payment larger than $165
  • There will be a $4.95 flat fee on any payment $165 and under

  • There will be a $2.95 convenience fee
