Mia Colvin

We are pleased to introduce Mia Colvin, our new Assistant Riding Director. Mia is currently entering her senior year at Michigan State University where she is studying Animal Science with an emphasis on equine studies and a minor in business. While she originally planned to become a veterinarian, Mia has returned to her “horse girl” roots and is eager to share her extensive experience in various showing disciplines with our campers. A native of Southern Michigan, Mia’s family recently relocated to Lexington, Virginia, where they own Halcyon Days Cidery. Mia has quickly fallen in love with the area and hopes to remain in Virginia full-time after graduation. In addition to her passion for horses, she is an avid outdoors enthusiast who enjoys traveling and spending time with friends.
