Pamela Minkler

Introducing Pamela, one of our Healthcare providers! Pamela grew up in Richmond, Virginia and spent 15 summers at CMS as a camper, JC, CIT, counselor, and Health Care Manger; this is Pamela’s 6th summer spending a week in the Pillbox, and Pamela says that she is thrilled to be returning to one of her favorite places in the world.

Pamela graduated from Washington and Lee University and Georgetown University School of Medicine and then completed a family medicine residency in Lynchburg, Virginia. She has maintained certification through the American Board of Family Medicine since 2006.

Pamela lives in Lynchburg with her husband, two sons, two dogs, and one bearded dragon. Pamela has recently closed her medical practice of 20 years, and she is enjoying some downtime before finding her next adventure. In her spare time, Pamela enjoys reading, taking daily walks, watching her sons’ marching band performances, and volunteering for local nonprofits. She currently wrapping up the college search with her oldest son, and she cannot wait to see everyone on Opening Day!
