Emily Breneman

Introducing one of our Healthcare Providers, Emily Breneman. She will be returning to CMS for her second summer working in the Pillbox for a week. She has been working as a nurse for 17 years. She graduated from Eastern Mennonite University with her BSN. She worked as a Camp Nurse at Mackemie Woods the first summer after graduation, then as a Home Health nurse and Medicaid Tech Waiver Supervisor for a few years. She wanted to do more hands on care and accepted a position at Heartland Health Clinic as a nurse and worked there for about 13 years. Presently, she fills in as needed and works at a few camps in the summer as a camp nurse. Her passion is camp and clinic nursing. She has also worked at Highland Retreat the past four summers and her kids go with her to help. They love working and living at camp!
She has been married to the love of her life for 18 years and they have 3 kiddos. Raelle is 12, Eli is 7 and Maleah is 2. For the past two years, she has been a homeschooling mom. They have a big German Shepherd named Clyde and 2 cats.
She loves reading, taking walks, hiking, going to the beach or the mountains, biking and traveling with her family. She also loves spending time in her flower beds and gardening.
