Elias Fatsi

This year we are excited to welcome Elias Fatsi to the Camp Mont Shenandoah leadership team! You may recognize Elias from the 2025 season, where he was known as Kelsey’s husband and father to a few junior row campers! Elias brings both a lifelong love of camp and a strong technical background to our staff.

Elias grew up attending Camp Virginia for many summers as a camper and counselor. It was there that he developed a deep appreciation for camp community, tradition, and shared values, and even got to visit Camp Mont Shenandoah for a few camp dances! Since his younger camp days, Elias has worked as a professional software developer and raised his family in Crozet, Virginia. This year he uses his skills to support camp operations and director responsibilities. He’s looking forward to working with the outstanding staff at CMS in supporting another great summer!
