Office Manager
Introducing our Office Manager, Pam Brown! With over 17 years of management experience, Pam is a seasoned office manager. Pam attended Mountain Gateway for Business Management. She worked at The Omni Homestead for 13 years, where she wore many hats, including Reservations Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager. Most recently, she worked as the Property Manager for Scott Hill, and General Service Manager for Alleghany County Public Works. Known for her innovative approach and attention to detail, Pam has consistently delivered outstanding results.
Outside of work, Pam enjoys spending time with her family, three children, Tavi (age 23), Hunter (age 20), and Brianna (age 18). Her new favorite role is now “Gigi” to her grandson, Beau, who was born in October 2024! We are thrilled to have Pam with us in the office!
