Introducing our Wellness Coach, Priscilla Powell! Priscilla spent 11 summers at CMS as a camper, counselor and Assistant Program Director.
Priscilla graduated from Washington & Lee University and earned her doctorate in Child Clinical Psychology at Virginia Commonwealth University. After completing internship and fellowship training at Texas Children’s Hospital, she returned to Richmond, VA, where she lives with her family. Priscilla has worked in community-based clinics and at the Children’s Hospital of Richmond at VCU for over 10 years. Currently, she owns and operates a private practice.
Priscilla is quick to point out how her experiences at CMS led her down a career path in child development and Clinical Psychology. She is looking forward to returning this summer to support campers and staff adjust to daily life at camp in order to take part in all CMS has to offer!
